Farm Road Estate is a boutique venue with fabulous options for accommodations in keeping all of your guests on site. Within the historic Inn are 10 beautifully updated rooms. Newly renovated suites, cottages and larger villas scatter the property. This venue can host up to 135 guests.

Home to the Sawmill Bar & Table, Farm Road's kitchen uses seasonal local goods to create world-class farm-to-table fare. And don't forget to check out The Speakeasy! That's right! Farm Road has an 18th century historic bar that gives off ALL the vibes of a secret underground tavern.
Property Amenities
All guests have access to the heated outdoor pool (May-Sept), fishing pond, sports court, swimming pond, wooded trails, and Deerfield River access. If you're looking for adventure off-property, there is plenty of hiking, skiing, boating and horseback riding in the surrounding area.

Luckily, Farm Road Estate can easily move your ceremony to shelter if a storm is expected on your wedding day. But it's always a good idea to have this plan in place beforehand!

Emily and Ryan tied the knot on May 20, 2023. They planned for an outdoor ceremony by the pond, followed by dinner and dancing in the main room of the Inn. It was a misty morning as everyone started getting ready. But with dark clouds rolling in they decided to move the ceremony into the tent that Farm Road keeps up all summer long.
With 60 of their closest friends and family members, Emily and Ryan shared their vows as the rain came pouring down. We hung back after the ceremony for some portraits. We took some time to relax in their cottage before joining the reception with an amazing first dance that kicked off the party!
